Thursday Thoughts

"But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles."  - Isaiah 40:31

It's been a bit harder today in some respects; I was able to get some grocery shopping done but then I felt as if I'd climbed the Matterhorn.  For a person who usually has an over-abundance of energy I'm having a bit of trouble realizing my get up and go, got up and went! That's okay, at least I got some lovely nectarines, peaches, red grapes, watermelon, strawberries, cantaloupe and pineapples before I left the store....yum yum!

I won't know the results of the blood tests until Friday but I'm thinking a transfusion will take place.  The radiation treatment went well today; wow, it's already my 6th!  Only 19 more to go until the internal radiation begins, yay!

I am making this short, need some serious sleep. ~~Good Night~~

  1. As my dear grandmother used to say, "I ain't what I usta was.", but she lived to the ripe old age of 96, so energy or no, you can do this, Ginger. Small baby steps will turn into giant strides as you work your way towards recovery, and then onto long term survival.
